After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. I needed a fan for my loft that would help circulate the air for efficiency in heating and cooling. But, I don't really like the look of most ceiling fans and didn't need to have lights in it. So, I ordered this with reservations because it is so expensive. However, it really looks nice, is well balanced so it doesn't wobble one bit, and it is absolutely silent when it's on. My electrician said it's very good quality, was straight forward to install, and has a good motor. There is a remote control I can use to regulate speed and direction, which comes with a holder that can be installed on the wall next to the switch so it is less likely to get lost. I couldn't be happier with this wide Jacuzzi tub with arm rests. I moved after enjoying a Jacuzzi tub with no arm rests for 16 years. First thing I did in my new house was install this model.
