This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. This washer really works well. The digital panel gives you plenty of options and is easy to use. I would give it 5 stars for washing, but I had to take a star off for noise. When it goes into a spin, it sounds like an airplane engine. And because it is in my kitchen, the noise is unfortunately very annoying. I was also disappointed that there was no Stainless Steel option for color, but most all brands of compact washers only come in white now; also unfortunate because all my other kitchen appliances are stainless..
