Worst dryer I have ever owned and the washer that goes with it is even worse than the dryer. Nothing is ever completely dry after the first cycle AND the clothes come out VERY wrinkled. I have to iron every pair of pants that comes out of there (even dry fit comes out wrinkled) and if I didn't refuse to iron T-shirts, those would need be ironed as well. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I do like the sidekick pedestal washer for small loads and when I spill on an article of clothing that I want to wash immediately. I recently purchased the LG Probake Convection, Air Fry, InstaView Selfclean, EasyClean and Snart, Stainless, Freestanding Electric Range, and it’s been a great upgrade. The InstaView is one of my favourite features being able to check on food without opening the oven is perfect for baking and helps keep the temperature steady. The ProBake Convection cooks faster and more evenly, which I noticed right away. I enjoy cooking with the cooktop. It’s heats up quickly, and distributes heat well, and the smooth glass surface is easy to clean. The different element size are really practical depending on what you are cooking. The built in Air Fry is a nice bonus, and I like that it alerts you if the oven door is left open. Small details, but really helpful. My family appreciates the Wifi connectivity. Being able to preheat the oven remotely through the app is a level of convenience I didn’t realize I needed until now. It helps, especially on busy days. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. This oven looks really nice & cooks extremely well! I use Convection Mode mostly & it automatically reduces temperature which is nice. Bake Mode is what I use for desserts, breads & so far I’m happy with that. I have used the air fryer & comes with a basket. Improvements: menu panel is VERY hard to see in the evening- the print is too light. This really needs to be backlit, imo. (The LCD display that shows temp, etc is very bright so I’m not sure why the menu display is so dull) Also it’s missing add a minute button, when you want to add more time to cooking. The oven light goes off after 1 minute, which makes no sense if you want to check on your food while cooking. Overall, I do feel like it’s a solid, high end appliance worth buying & I just hope LG can make some future thoughtful improvements.. Jules1168. Illinois. Wed Mar 11 2026

28 Inch Gas Front Load Dryer with 7.4 cu. ft. Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp, etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast. Trying to stay on top of that but it's a bit of a bummer for such an expensive item. They should fix this!. Acm71. NC. Tue Dec 10 2024
