Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I ordered the 50in linear electric fireplace for my bedroom and I love it. This is the second electric fireplace I have gotten and the other one I got was by a different brand and while I really like it, I like this one even more for its very subtle controls. HPWH is easy to use and consume little power. Not very noisy, can't hear it in house, but definitely would bother me if my office were in the garage. Keeps water warm overnight without using any power (or very very little). Concern is the durability of the anode rod - within two weeks, it is down to 98%.
