It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I am really happy with the look of the fireplace mantel and insert. The title suggests its solid wood and Id agree that parts are. However, the top was chipped and was not solid wood underneath. Great range but am worried about what I consider a “design flaw.” At the very back part of the cooktop are many rectangular cutouts for steam to come out when the oven is on. The issue is IF you’re boiling water or liquid and it overflows, it will spread across the top and into the vent holes which will destroy the electrical components and kill the oven.. Amber.
