We’re extremely happy with the Touchstone Sideline Elite fireplace. The flame looks very realistic and bright, and being able to adjust the flame speed is a great feature. The flame and base color options are excellent and don’t look cheap at all. It’s definitely worth the extra cost compared to cheaper options—this looks and functions like a very high-end fireplace without having to spend thousands more. It added a beautiful, premium touch to our new media wall. It came with a log, driftwood and crystals. So, you can style it however you like. The only downside was the shipping speed. Delivery through Wayfair took about two weeks, which caused some inconvenience. Other than that, the fireplace itself is amazing. Both the instructions and myself say that it’s a pretty good idea to use two people to assemble this feast. I put it together all by myself and the only way that I could’ve accomplished. This was to move it peace by peace to it’s final spot. Once I put it all together, it is massive and heavy duty. The dual motor function works seamlessly.
