I received this door and immediately loved it. I don’t know very much about doors and the considerations to be considered about doors but my daughter locked her puppy in the room and I’ve needed a new door since because in the process of removing the know the other door that I tried to fix was a basic door manufacturer door and just looked horrible. This is a very nice looking door once stained and installed. My husband had to do a few modifications to mount over the studs. There are also slight gaps in the wood, where the horizontal pieces meet the vertical. I may notice them less and less over time. I gave it four stars instead of five because of that and also because it did require some skill in putting it together and making the modifications put. Doors are SOLID and heavy. Very happy with quality for the price. A couple of corners were damaged during shipping. Mostly a cosmetic issue. But both Wayfair and the manufacture worked with us to find a solution. Overall very pleased. We specifically liked that these are already painted, so it was one less thing we needed to worry about right now. The doors were extremely well packaged is such a way as to NOT add a lot of bulk but to protect the doors from the normal shipping damage that can occur. Wood blocking all around to protect edges, extra pad on corners, two layers of foam in front and back (already removed in the picture). High quality doors (as expected).
