These will be great this upcoming spring for garden water collection. They included a short hose that can be hooked onto a longer one. The strange thing is that they were ordered together and seemnto be the exact same item, but one is a little smaller then the other. They won't be side by side, so it is bot a big deal. I will give this a 4 because overall I like the appearance and the sturdiness of this rain barrel. However I had to make some alterations to this barrel to suit my needs. First of all the hose holder is insufficient as it is currently configured. It doesn't seat tightly in the hole provided and sometimes comes off when removing the hose. I cut off the 2 prongs on the back so the back was flat. I used a stainless-steel screw to attach it to the barrel. Problem solved, It works great. Second- The openings on the black top cover are a bit too large and will let more debris in than desired. I cut a piece of screen to fit over it and attached it with 6 four inch wire ties. Problem solved, It works great. Third- The nipple at the bottom of the barrel that the hose clamps too is rather small in diameter and a potential weak spot over time IMO. I cut it off, drilled a 1 and an eighth inch hole and replaced it with a bulkhead adapter to fit a standard garden hose. Works great. If you are somewhat handy all these are doable.. Louis. This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors. I’m super excited to have this compost bin. Assembly was straightforward and everything snapped together perfectly. I like the open bottom so that earthworms will have easy access to the compost. The lid has a decent little latch and the sliding door for accessing compost is a great feature Simply slide the door up and off for shoveling out finished compost. The quality seems as excellent as you will see on reviews elsewhere. Only a week in for us now now and this thing is 'cooking.' Note that, as another review 'complained', the color delivered was green, not grey as pictured and described online. Thankfully I had read that review and was fine with either color. The color issue is for Wayfair customer service and shouldn't affect the product quality review. The way they show it installed on the side of the house is pretty troublesome too.
