Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. It works well for being in our basement. The only thing is that, for having it for two years now, it has clogged twice. In reality, the toilet works pretty well.
