The cutting board handily fits on the interior ledge of the sink to make preparation tasks more efficient and clear your counter of clutter. Features an offset drain creating more space below in the base cabinet. The included grid elevates dishware to help water get to the drain and prevent dropped pots from cracking or chipping the sink. The sides of the sink have a slight taper from top to bottom and the basin is sloped for good drainage. Fireclay's glazed surface inhibits bacterial growth more than stainless steel and is eco-friendly requiring fewer cleansers. Classic glossy white glazed finish. Due to the firing process, dimensions are nominal and may vary up to 0.25". Apron-style base cabinet is required to support this sink. A note about fireclay: small cracks will appear on the unglazed underside of the sink, these are cosmetic only and have no impact on the performance of the sink.
