I had been wanting a farmhouse sink for a long time and when I saw this one I knew it was the one I had been searching for. The shelf in the front, which makes it ADA compliant, is actually what I love about it. It makes the sink more user friendly. Every sink should come with this front shelf and sink grid. It is so much easier to fill pots with water, clean vegetables and fruit and has made my life so much easier. I suffer from fibromyalgia and this sink is a life saver. I never thought having the shelf and sink grid would make any difference, but it truly does. It is not only an incredibly smart design, but also beautiful. It took my husband and I roughly 3 days to install this sink and the countertops. It is not, let me repeat, this sink is not for the novice DIYer. The install directions are literally hire a professional. We had to build our own structure within the our current cabinet to support the sink, which does not install like a normal farmhouse sink.
