Purchased this to protect my Allia 34" kitchen sink. It's a must-have if you spend the money on a real fireclay kitchen sink. Ticka, available in a limited edition of 100 pieces, is a vessel from Ellen’s own imagination based on the same shape as Ulrica’s “snake bowl”. “I wanted to make something of my own, but with a connection to Ulrica’s art. For the tribute collection, I was inspired by the directness of her approach and style. The vessel symbolizes a tree trunk. Made of fine European fireclay, this sink is durable and finished off in a high-shine white glaze bringing a fresh look to your kitchen. The drain is centered and 1/4" taper from top to bottom. There are many benefits to fireclay. Its glazed surface inhibits bacterial growth more than stainless steel. It is eco-friendly requiring fewer cleansers. Due to the firing process, dimensions are nominal and may vary to actual up to .25". Apron-style base cabinet is required to support the sink. *No compatible grid is available for this sink.
