They say this product is solid wood when it definitely is not. It is made of cheap particle board. The parts were numbered incorrectly. It says that it is for shoe storage but can only fit one pair of small shoes per drawer. It says that it seats two but it definitely cannot support the weight. Love this bench! It was quite an ordeal to put together but it finally all fit the way it was intended. I would however have put the handles and drawer pulls on before hanging the doors or building the drawers. I am disappointed in the cushion as it is very hard and the off-white is not that pretty with the white wood. The cushion cover is not very snug either. I plan to make a new cover to match my furnishings, so that will solve that problem.
