I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. All my appliances are the GE brand and have been very reliable over time. Most big box brands only come with a 6-year tank warranty although upgradeable at an extra charge. Exactly what my city water needed (yes, it's that bad). I have been running this system for four months. Since the install is have had zero water quality issues, which used to happen a couple times a week. Be sure to get the spin down filter, it has saved me a few times when the town filled it's housing with sand. As far as numbers go, my TDS pre filter is in the 480s Vs post filter in the 190s.. We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring. We spend a ton of time enjoying our patio year round and these heaters were put to the test and passed with flying colors. The heaters were easy to operate with the remote controls and they provided a surprisingly decent amount of heat for residential units.
