Even the fan is small it definitely does the work for a smaller bedroom. Looks great and is actually surprisingly powerful. My wife's first ceiling light/fan installation went very smoothly. Removal of old light/fan and installation o f one was done in about 1.5 hour. All parts were clearly labeled and aligned properly for assembly. Few extra parts included which can get handy. If I need a replacement fan for our other bedroom this would be the product I go with.
