I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. I like the detail and brassy tone of these plates. There are manufacturing imperfections like little air bubbles in the finish and small scratches in some of the plates, big enough to see but not enough to return, so you need to have a small window of tolerance for that..
