I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. The sleek, modern design looks clean and updated without feeling bulky, and the high-arch spout with 360° swivel gives plenty of clearance for pots and pans. The pull-down sprayer has two modes — a splash-free stream and a stronger pre-rinse spray — and switching between them is quick and smooth. Water pressure comes through strong with no leaks or flexing during use. Installation was genuinely simple. The quick-in system took about 20 minutes with no special tools, and the hot and cold hoses arrived detached, which actually made packaging more compact. Once connected, everything fit securely. Most visible components felt solid and well finished. The internal parts I could see are largely plastic, but performance has been reliable so far. The valve cartridge is rated for long-term use, and the handle operates smoothly without drips. The sprayer head and catch feel a bit more basic than the rest of the faucet, but still perfectly functional. Cleaning is easy thanks to the corrosion-resistant finish — a quick wipe keeps it looking new. Overall, this is a practical, good-looking faucet that works well, especially for a secondary sink.. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design.
