After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. I needed a fan for my loft that would help circulate the air for efficiency in heating and cooling. But, I don't really like the look of most ceiling fans and didn't need to have lights in it. So, I ordered this with reservations because it is so expensive. However, it really looks nice, is well balanced so it doesn't wobble one bit, and it is absolutely silent when it's on. My electrician said it's very good quality, was straight forward to install, and has a good motor. There is a remote control I can use to regulate speed and direction, which comes with a holder that can be installed on the wall next to the switch so it is less likely to get lost. My husband and I used a furniture dolly (rolling platform) to move it into our bathroom, and it went very well. It helped that the 29” width fit through our 30” doorways. Of course, there is no overflow drain, so if that is a concern, do not order this tub. But I am extremely pleased with the tub so far! Im excited to post a photo of the project once it is complete. Update We installed the tub, and I’m extremely pleased with the way it turned out! The install was tricky for my husband and I to maneuver, as we didn’t hire an outside contractors. We looked around for a long time to find this fan! I purchased this fan for my family room. It arrived well packed and quickly. It's been fantastic! I love this fan for it's looks more than any other fan in our home. It's just beautiful, not an eye sore like some fans can be. Transitional, modern, clean. I like the white, it disappears into the ceiling. The gold is a nice touch. It can go in almost any style of room. It elegantly updated my family room. Minka Aire moves the air around well and we really can't even hear it other than the soft sound of air moving. The remote makes it convenient to use and has a lot of nice features. The light is nice although we also have 4 can lights because the ceiling is tall and it was needed due to the size of the room and ceiling height. Still, it is nice to sometimes only have this light on when in the room. It gives off nice light and is adjustable too.
