Exactly the asthetic we were looking for to replace a very dated fan/light combo. Install was pretty easy, except the wiring forced us to use only the remote and we can no longer use our wall switch, which is a bummer. I like that the remote allows for dimming the light and the fan has 6 settings. Very quiet motor even on highest setting. Also, we did not have to adjust the blades at all. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
