I purchased the 7" green metal posts to fence off some bushes from the deer. The posts are of a sturdy metal and well made. The soil I have has the consistency of sand and dirt, so the posts slide into the dirt easily. The posts come with an instruction booklet, nuts, bolts, metal hooks and zip ties. This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. The best part is that it doesn’t even take up that much space… could easily fit in a small workout room or garage gym. Super impressed with the quality.
