It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The table is beautiful and very sturdy. Assembly was a bit challenging as a few pilot holes were not aligned well so we had to manually adjust. Polywood (want it to be more UV durable and water restaurant without needing to stain every year or two which is a pain with metal frame) that has good wood appearance. Will need to see how it holds up to daily use and the elements after a season - but first impression is that this was a very good purchase at the $1400 price point I picked it up for compared to other mid-mod online retailers..
