This is a lovely table! It’s high quality and fairly heavy duty. It mounts in the middle and holds the two halves together. It did take awhile to assemble and required a lot of wrenching and tightening and adjusting to get just right. I like the wood grain look and expect it to stay in good shape for years to come.. The table was fairly easy to put together, and overall sturdy and stable. There are minor imperfections, but nothing awful. It is what I would expect at this price point. I like that there is additional bracing since some tables don't have that and they get saggy in the middle. And I like that the bracing gives knee room and allows for arms on chairs to slide under.. So the idea of this table is amazing.. small and 55 inches when closed and then a spring loaded catch to the release the top of the table and slide it over and the leaf pops up and makes it 95 inches or so. It’s incredibly versatile and weather proof.. the tempered glass top is really nice looking - industrial modern. But as with much of the products shipped from Wayfair - the table came with bent pieces and dinged metal and required muscle and tools to get it together because of the damaged to certain parts… had it not been banged up - it would have gone together quickly.
