I absolutely love this desk! It is even more beautiful in person than I expected. The quality is excellent — very sturdy, well-built, and clearly designed to last. I initially planned to purchase a cabinet for all the extra supplies and paperwork I had but everything bits so nicely in this desk and on the shelves enabling me to keep everything close and eliminating the need for an additional cabinet. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. The colors are stunning the desk is heavy and the materials dont look cheap or fake. I was apprehensive about the fake marble but it looks great.
