I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
