Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf.
