I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but it far exceeds my expectations. Maybe because I replaced a 26 year old GE Profile cooktop (which was still working just fine), but this Cafe cooktop is quick to heat on any setting, love the power boil (it really does work fast), is very easy to clean up, and it looks great!
