Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. I don't recommend ordering this from Wayfair. We had to finally track down the freight company and see why it had been sitting in a town just 3 hours form us for over a week. They thought they were waiting for more cartons, when I contact wayfair I asked if they would let the freight company know that their were no more boxes and they told me know but I could. It took an additional 5 days after that to get it delivered. It was very frustrating with the lack of communication between Wayfair and the Freight company Of course we had our contractor and Plummer waiting on it also.
