Owned my pellet grill for about three years now. Internals of the first rotisserie melted. Replaced with this rotisserie - it quit working after less then 20 uses. It will rotate with no shaft inserted, but can’t rotate once the shaft is inserted into it - this is with no meat on the shaft. Do not buy this product. This is a beautiful piece. The color is the perfect antique brass, and I love the simplicity of the rosette and the shape of the top and bottom of this handleset. I have not had it installed yet so I can’t speak to function but it is gorgeous and I have no regrets! It arrived very well packaged and even had a cloth to shineclean it.
