All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. I’ve had enough shower doors installed to tell this one is quality. The glass is thick, all the parts are there and undamaged and the instructions look clear. Just installed this dreamline sliding shower door. We needed an option without a top rail because of the unusual structure of our bathroom. The bay window would not allow for a top rail install and the bathroom was too small for a pivot style door. This slider worked great. My only complaint is that the slider has a little too much play in the top glider and so rattles a bit. We plan to reduce the clearance with a thicker piece of rubber to eliminate that issue. We also have not been able to determine how to properly drain the inner channel. It seems to hold standing water after shower use. Could be user install error. Overall a great product.. Colette.
