Have not assembled the grill yet am waiting until we get to yhe lake but in the past we have have not had any issues with the assembly, parts or quality. We were very, very pleased with the delivery process. The delivery men were polite and respectful! Item came precisely when they said it would and package was packaged nicely and came totally intact - no tears or bumps in the packaging. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good.
