Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue.
