The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. MrSteam Remote temperature probe used to accurately read the temperature inside the steam room and send it to the controller.

You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off.
