I love the simplicity and low profile of this patio umbrella base stand! It says it’s 40 lbs. but it feels much heavier than that! It was extremely easy to assemble, five minutes! I’ve had my umbrella opened since I installed it and we’ve had rain and wind for the past week and this umbrella has not wavered or moved an inch! I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. Just perfection, I love it. I have been looking a several different lights for our side room. I wanted something big and bold but not bulky, also something classic I would still like down the road. Found it! I would say it was a little more difficult to install than the steps made it seem. My husband knows electric and still took us about an hour. I added a larger base at the top that I got somewhere else. It goes under the base of the light to add some more dimension. I really love it so much. The price was incredible, I did lots of research on chandler’s and I still can’t believe how good the price point is (look out for a sale too) The black is a true matte black, I used 40 watt chandler bulbs as they said that’s the highest you can go and it’s nice and bright. I was shopping around for taller  toilet to update my out of date toilet in my restroom. Wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for at first. I was needing a taller one for my disabiled husband. While looking on Wayfair I found these 21 one at a great price. This comes in as a two piece toilet with a round seat. The design is nice with flush at the top of the tank instead of the side.  Comes with everything you need to install (will show in the attached picture) I was so happy I didnt have to go buy anything extra. After placing my order, the box came within a week. And you know with Wayfair,  shipping is free! This was easier then going to the store and shopping and not knowing what all I needed. When it arrived the toilet was well package and secure to ensure there was no breakage. Box has handles to insure it is lifted correctly. I would highly recommend this based on quality and price..
