I love the simplicity and low profile of this patio umbrella base stand! It says it’s 40 lbs. but it feels much heavier than that! It was extremely easy to assemble, five minutes! I’ve had my umbrella opened since I installed it and we’ve had rain and wind for the past week and this umbrella has not wavered or moved an inch! I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. I like the fact that it come with several hole adjustments for various size poles. I had to use the 1.5 inch hole tube. Update, have a new table with the umbrella hole. The concealed in wall tank carrier is required for the installation of the wall hung toilet. This DeerValley in wall water tank can be used for most of the toilets, no need to worry the compatibility problems. And please note that the straight pipe and the connecting pipe is included in the package, please install the in wall water tank system correctly with the attached installation instructions for better using experience.

I created a master suite for my daughter and son-in-law, and utilized this toilet for it's modern look, and space saving. I have built new homes, and done tons of renovations for years. This was a little challenging, but worth my daughter's huge smile when finished, around the end of January 2025. The water inlet valve stopped functioning on Nov. 10th 2025.
