Got a great deal on this during the President's Day sale and was able to take advantage of a sign up discount code. Delivery took about a week after completing the purchase. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. I installed this range, put everything together and the burners have been running great. I searched forever for an affordable 6 burner gas stove top. Here it is. Upon first installation we had a few issues. 1st was the smell of gas. Had it checked and there was no leak it is the just the smell of the materials used to make it. It was very strong at first. Next issue was that the burners all were set at max power. We had to contact customer service to get a special tool to adjust the burner flames. So everything was burning even on its lowest setting which is another thing Im not crazy about. I first became acquainted with the Bertazzoni brand in 2010, while searching for a heavy duty commercial cooktop for my home. The 36 inches PROF366QBXT six burners captured my attention, it was rated then, as the 2nd most popular cooktop in the world among people earning $250,000.00 or more. Bertazzoni is an Italian brand. Among the top 10 cooktops in the world in 2010, none were American brands. After reading about the features especially, the powerful flame produced by each burner, in comparison to regular American brands, I made the purchase. It's been 15 years since my purchase. and it's still functioning, I use liquefied petroleum gas. In 2010 the shipping company had an accident with my stove, which is now creating a problem with a few burners.
