Just what we needed for our new 12’ x 12’ cantilever umbrella to be able to move it around. Very big and sturdy base that supports the umbrella well. The only issue my husband was worried about was the fact smaller rocks could easily fall out through the large hole screen it comes with in the bottom of the squares. I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. I like the fact that it come with several hole adjustments for various size poles. I had to use the 1.5 inch hole tube. Update, have a new table with the umbrella hole. Unfortunately, these lights don’t work in my house. They are made for new construction and in order to make them work in an older house. You have to retrofit the light fixture, which would cost more money than it’s worth. They are not made to go right into an existing light fixture. You will need to order the springs from the company for them to work unless you have newer construction they won’t work. That being said, they seem like good quality.
