When the board is dry, apply the oil liberally and allow it to soak in thoroughly before use. Regular application of our Butcher Block Oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood. From time to time, the surface may become "bumpy". This is completely natural as we leave all of our wood in its natural state with no varnishes or lacquers. You can simply use high grit sandpaper to smooth it out and oil it again to bring it back to the new!

I love the simplicity and low profile of this patio umbrella base stand! It says it’s 40 lbs. but it feels much heavier than that! It was extremely easy to assemble, five minutes! I’ve had my umbrella opened since I installed it and we’ve had rain and wind for the past week and this umbrella has not wavered or moved an inch! I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. Either option uses a unique method to make installation quick and easy, saving you time and money. Recessed Mounting Recessed cabinets save space and give that ‘wow’ factor to your bathroom. But they can be tricky, time consuming and expensive to install. Our unique recessed bracket means you don’t have to construct a timber frame within the wall cavity. This will save significant labor and material costs*. If you prefer, our cabinets can still be recessed in the traditional way, giving you the freedom to choose. *You will still need to safely re-route plumbing and electrical wiring if necessary. Wall Mounting If you prefer to mount your new cabinet on the wall, we have a great option for that too! Our unique wall mounting brackets make installing and levelling a cabinet child’s play. Simply screw the Flexi Fix bracket to the wall and adjust using the built-in spirit level. When satisfied, just hang the mounting on the back of the cabinet over the bracket and lock in place. No more drilling and filling more holes than you need. Simple, quick, and always level!

I was shopping around for taller  toilet to update my out of date toilet in my restroom. Wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for at first. I was needing a taller one for my disabiled husband. While looking on Wayfair I found these 21 one at a great price. This comes in as a two piece toilet with a round seat. The design is nice with flush at the top of the tank instead of the side.  Comes with everything you need to install (will show in the attached picture) I was so happy I didnt have to go buy anything extra. After placing my order, the box came within a week. And you know with Wayfair,  shipping is free! This was easier then going to the store and shopping and not knowing what all I needed. When it arrived the toilet was well package and secure to ensure there was no breakage. Box has handles to insure it is lifted correctly. I would highly recommend this based on quality and price..
