This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. I have purchased the no name filters before. I can honestly say that I get better tasting water and the filter lasts longer with the namebrand.
