I am so excited for this mini split unit. Getting a new central air conditioner is just not in the cards right now. This is a very affordable price for the amount of ac and heat that you are getting. Things of note, we had to buy a specialty drill bit to be able to install the units properly. We live in a brick house and needed to be able to drill through the brick. The lines that connect from outside to inside need about a 2 inch diameter hole to pass through. We also decided to buy a rack so that we could hang the main condenser above the ground. We were not able to install this by ourselves and had to call for reinforcements via an HVAC guy. Once everything is finished being installed I will update with the finished product! UPDATE: like others have posted, you will need a special HVAC vacuum to start the unit. You will also need special wire and a 220 outlet to connect to. We just had this toilet installed and it is absolutely beautiful and very elegant looking. I had looked at a lot of different ones and liked this sleek and modern design the best. I also love that it is made of Porcelain (harder and stronger) and not ceramic. The plumber found it pretty easy to install and it came with everything needed. The seat is comfortable; the open and close mechanism is smooth. I love the touch button at the bottom, makes it unnecessary to touch the lids. The flush is very quiet and I LOVE that. The toilet is water resistant and that should it a lot easier to clean without worrying about shorting the electrics of it. It does say that it is antimicrobial, but, I do not see a UV light for disinfecting so there is no way to be sure. I like that it has a manual flush option, so it can be used even if the power goes out… I am yet to try the bidet and warming functions (Will update review after I have done so).. Arpita. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower.
