Functionally fine toilet. It arrived intact, with all pieces. We hired a professional plumber to install the new toilet. Took almost 1 and a half hours to install. We had a party that weekend, so our guests tried out the new toilet. Everyone's comments were mainly about how surprisingly tall the toilet felt. The seat is pretty hard, but isn't terrible. The sink was a massive pain in the behind to install. If connecting directly to the wall, the mounting brackets are, I think, 13 inches apart and studs studs are never that narrow. This toilet was mounted of an exterior wall. The plumber mounted the water supply coming out of the floor, 6" to the left of the drain. All the modern skirted toilets had a base of 12" or wider.
