Functionally fine toilet. It arrived intact, with all pieces. We hired a professional plumber to install the new toilet. Took almost 1 and a half hours to install. We had a party that weekend, so our guests tried out the new toilet. Everyone's comments were mainly about how surprisingly tall the toilet felt. The seat is pretty hard, but isn't terrible. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Also, The toilet seat is very easily scratched, in the month since it’s been installed and I wonder if there is a way to replace it in the future, if needed. And it looks amazing in the room!.
