This is great and ;amazing for the price. It heats water so fast that as soon as I got it I stopped using my gas stove. Plus no emissions! This works incredibly well! It boils water so fast and in general evenly heats quickly. It is very large, like half the size of a normal stove top. I needed an additional option for cooking meals while my kitchen is being remodeled. I decided to try the induction cooker after testing the features I have used it for boiling water, frying breakfast foods, sautéing veggies and frying various meats. The nine power levels and ten temperature controls makes it easy to ensure consistency in preparing my meals. I like the warming feature which keeps food at an even temperature when seconds are desired during meal times. The digital timer is easy to navigate.
