This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. Arrived very quickly. We got the white color heated towel rack and we couldn't be happier. Eventually we will hard wire it, but it's shipped ready to use and can be plugged in to a wall outlet.
