I absolutely love this product. It is so beautiful and easy to cut and install. We got the black color and used it in our outdoor kitchen. A few pieces did come with the corners broken off but Wayfair rectified the situation quickly. We also had a few boards crack where we screwed them in but I think it was the screws we were using and how close to the edge we were placing them. After some trial and error, we landed on deck screws and made sure to place them at least an inch or two from the edge. End result is just what we were hoping for!. Jessica. El Dorado Hills, CA. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any.
