I owned this same Rohl faucet for several years and when I finally had to replace it due to a plumbing problem that caused the unit to lock up, I came online to try to find the same one. This one is an updated model and it's just as beautiful as my previous model. The hand-held part os slightly less bulky than the older model. I have just one complaint. I think the new model has a water saver 'aerator' in it which makes me feel like I'm having to run water for twice as long in order to do what I'm doing. This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. This one-piece toilet is designed with Universal Height, allowing for a more comfortable seated position across a wide range of users. This version of the Redington offers TOTO T40 WASHLET+ and Auto Flush compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade to a hands-free flush system with electronic bidet seat. WASHLET+ toilets feature an opening on the bowl surface to help conceal your WASHLET+ supply line and power cord creating a seamless integration. The Redington comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in, but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. The Redington is ADA compliant and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense and CALGreen requirements. Features a left-hand chrome trip lever and includes TOTO SoftClose seat SS124. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: Wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and water supply lines.
