This seems like good fan, packed well all parts included, it can be all black or the blades also have wood tone on one side, we chose the wood and it has an LED light. This little fan has a lot of features for the price. I bought a white one to replace a big clunky old fan. This compact, low profile fan creates a big breeze for its size. Decent fan for the price. Instructions were very basic without a great deal of detail. Had to do some research on the web to clarify wiring questions. But, all in all, assembly was not difficult and the fan seems to be quiet and has several speed andlighting modes. Remote is useful. Tips: 1. If your outlet has red, black, and white wires, only the black and white are connected to fan; cap the red with a wire nut. 2. Green and yellow wire on bracket connects to ground. 3. You may need to replace two existing screws on motor with longer screws in order to secure the ceiling cover. 4. A flat screw driver set is very helpful in securing those two screws because the space between the cover and motor housing is tight. 5. Some bolt holes were too small for the bolts supplied. It took a while to get the fan installed and, honestly, my first impression was just meh. But the more I look at it, the more I really like it - it looks like a flower to me. Function-wise, the fan works extremely well. Even on setting 1, it can practically blow you out of the room. My biggest hope for this fan, though, was improved lighting, and it did not disappoint. The room has always been under-lit, and this fan finally fixed that. I really like this fan, it is 52" which is a perfect replacement for our living room space and it goes so well with our asthetic! It is sleek and has a great profile and the blades are flat on both sides which makes for very easy cleaning.
