Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair. This chair is great! I was looking for something with a cozy reading chair vibe, without an overstuffed size to compliment the wallpaper in my office. Package arrived quickly. All cushions were vacuum sealed in separate bags. Sofa exactly as pictured. Instructions that were included were for the couch. (This chair could be included in a grouping to form a couch.) Instructions were a little confusing, but was able to figure it out. Took 2 people about 40 minutes to assemble.
