Wayfair customer service went above and beyond to replace the original “lost” shipment when the first transportation company claimed the hood was delivered and signed for. The documentation proved that to be impossible based on the date it left the warehouse. Very sturdy and heavy. The delivery was nice bcs they set it up by removing all the packing and putting in the shelves. It did have a strong paint odor when it first arrived and we let it air out for about 3 days and it went away just fine. The doors are very slightly off, but no enough to make a stink about it. The cabinet was delivered fine without any issues however I have found the following wrong with the craftsmanship of the cabinet. The doors were misaligned initially and the crown molding at the top had been shifted probably in transit both of these items were repairable and so far it's been a good cabinet.. Scott.
