Took me 6 hours to put together. I did have a 2nd person for standing it up and attach poles. The hardest part was tying the net to the springs. It doesn't tell you how tight to pull the string. First one sent bent immediately after getting the springs on which took forever. Wayfair sent another one and I paid for the installation.
