It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. We currently have 6 of these in our 92K sq. ft. office building and as the person who takes care of these I can tell you that when they are working they are a great asset. After 5 years of being installed we are consistently having problems with 2 of them turning off. After replacing every single electrical component including the dedicated outlets that these are plugged into we are still having problems. It’s not the most expensive descaled but so far so good. Puts on a nice light show too. The manual is well written. This appears to be manufactured in Atlanta. Not thrilled about the wall wart power supply and would had preferred an internal version. Edit after a few months, my 20 year old plumbing has been descaling en mass. I replaced my water heater, also 20 years old. The water is coming out with the lime sentiment. It quickly settles. But I’m hoping it finishes. The product obviously works.
